we had an anniversary celebration here and it was fantastic! the location was awesome, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. the room we had was spacious and comfy, exceeding our expectations from previous stays in san diego....  

The beach location is fantastic, just a short walk away. However, the room left much to be desired with outdated furnishings and cleanliness issues. While the staff was friendly, the overall accommodations felt worn down and not quite as advertised, which was disappointing.

Room had air conditioning and a fully stocked kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave. Beds were comfy, and the bathroom had free toiletries and a hairdryer. Outside, there was a nice patio space. The outdoor swimming pool looked inviting. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and has nearby restaurants. Overall clean and well-maintained.

It was just a good pick for a flash visit in San Diego with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Make sure to ask for restaurant recommendations as there are plenty of options within walking distance.

Parking was free, which made things easy. However, there were a few issues. I did notice some signs of wear and tear in the facility, especially in the entry area and the flooring. The laminate was starting to show some staining. Also, I had an issue with the Wi-Fi, which expired every few days, making it inconvenient to renew codes at the front desk. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was positive, especially for the price given the area's high demand.
